INTRODUCTION & DIARY DATES
Make time for your wellbeing – have some TLC and nurture yourself!
Founded in late 1998, Life Arts quickly became the leading mind, body, spirit,
and wellbeing events company in East Anglia. Over the years, 60,000 visitors
have attended and enjoyed the events, drawn by their naturally holistic, nonmaterialistic approach, integrity, and inspiring atmosphere.
Our events also support local charities, and for this event, we are proud to be
raising funds for the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity. With your support, we have
raised £36,000 over the past few years!
Helen Rollason Cancer Charity is dedicated to
supporting people whose lives are touched by
cancer. Our Support Centres in Essex are vital in
helping people living with cancer. The centres offer
a range of complementary therapies to patients in
an environment of peace and tranquillity, including
counselling, reflexology, aromatherapy, manual
lymphatic drainage and support groups.
Founded in 1999, the charity is the legacy of BBC broadcaster Helen Rollason, whose vision
was: “Good quality of life while coping with cancer is the most important gift a sick
person can receive. It should be available to everyone.” - Helen Rollason MBE
We support anyone with any type of cancer
